 1. 格栅除污机和耙齿规格：设备按外形宽尺寸分GSLY300-1500型，并联机为GSLY-1600-3000型。耙齿栅隙分为1mm、3mm、5mm、10mm、20mm、30mm、40mm、50mm八种规格，前进设备选型由过水量、提升高度、固液分离总量和所分离物质的形状、颗粒度大小来选型，同时选配不同栅隙的耙齿。

2. 格栅除污机长短规格 设备标准沟深为1535mm，可根据用户需要及使用实际情况任意加长。

一、简述 Summary

QGC型回转式格栅除污机是一种自动拦截和清

除水体中较大固体悬浮物的粗（中）格栅设备，可

广泛应用于城市污水处理、自来水厂取水口、各类

泵站等大流量的水处理场所，前进用于保护水泵叶轮，减轻后续工序的处理负荷。

QGC Revolving Bar Screen is a coarse bar screening

device, which can automatically catch and clean out larger

suspended solids in wastewater。 This device is mostly used

where there is a large flow rate of water such as municipal

sewage treatment, intake of water works and various kinds

of pump stations。 Qianjin is used to protect the impellers of water

pump and relieve the treatment load of the process that

follows。

二、工作原理Operating Principal

在电动减速机的驱动下，回转牵引链由下而上做回转运动，在牵引链上间隔设置若干除污齿耙，当牵引链上的齿耙运转到水下栅条的迎水面时，耙齿即插入栅条的缝隙中作清捞动作，将栅条上所截留的杂物刮落耙中。前进当齿耙运转到机器上部时，耙齿翻转，杂物靠自重脱落到容器中或输送机上被送走。

Under the drive of electrical gear box, the drive chain will turn round against the flow orientation。 The teeth on the drive chain will pick up the solids stopped by the coarse screen。 When the teeth reaches the top of the equipment, it will turn upside down, qianjin the solids picked up by the teeth will drop onto conveyer under its own weight。

三、结构及特点Construction and Characteristics

QGC型回转式格栅除污机是由机架、驱动装置、传动链轮、导向链轮以及绕其转动的封闭式回转牵引链，齿耙和栅条等部件组成。主要特点如下：

1、双齿齿耙结构。双齿间呈一夹角，一齿插入栅条中清除，另一齿则形成包围之势使杂物不易脱落，所以清污效果好。

2、封闭式牵引链。牵引链由链板、链销和滚轮组成，其与设备两侧的导轨形成封闭的传动链，防止杂物进入将牵引链卡死，所以运行平稳可靠。

3、过载安全保护装置。为避免冲击负荷对设备的破坏，本机设计安装有过载安全保护装置，确保设备安全运行。

4、控制方式多样化。前进水工设备可据用户需要任意调节设备运行间隔时间，实现周期性运转；可根据栅前栅后液位差自动控制；可实现手动/远程控制。前进水工设备还具有故障报警装置。用户可根据不同的工作需要任意选用。

QGC Revolving Bar Screen include frame、 drive device、driving chain wheel、 guide chain wheel and sealing rotary screen chain which rotates around it、tooth rake and vane bar。 It has following characteristics:

1。 Double tooth construction: because between the double teeth is an angle so that when one tooth picks up the solids, the other tooth can help prevent the solids from dropping, thus increasing the cleaning efficiency。

2。 Enclosed type construction: the chain includes chain board、chain latch and roll。 It forms the transmission chain with the slides, which are on two sides of the equipment。 This construction can prevent large debris from jamming the chain。 Therefore the screen has very high reliability。

3。 Overload protection mechanism: overload protection mechanism is standard on the machine in order to prevent damage from overload。

4。 Diversified control mode: this equipment may arbitrarily regulate the time interval of equipment movement in terms of the demand of users, and can realizes the periodic operation; it can control automatically according to the level of liquid in front of bar screen and in the back of bar screen; it may realize hand control or long-distance control; this equipment has fault alarm device。 Users can choose arbitrarily in term of different working demand。
